Irish Ceili in Dec 2008
Despite the road closures
& big snow banks in the Pacific Northwest, a kids ceili was held
Dec 28th, 4-6:30pm, at the North Hill Community Center in
Des Moines, WA (west of SeaTac
airport @ 20827 3rd AveS. click
for MAP ). Musicians, dancers, family & friends gathered
for an afternoon of trad Irish ceili dancing, step dance demo's, songs & laffs.
Our next event will be an Irish Hooley on Feb 28th at the same
venue 5-10pm. Its a pot luck supper/jam session/ dance all
in one night. Suggested donation is $5 each or $10
